  This Walmart get one star from me for one particular reason. I went to pick up an item that I have ordered online and had it shipped to the store. When I went to Pickup area, which is right by the entrance to warehouse part of the store, I was passed by multiple associates who didn't ask if I needed assistance. Even after pressing assistance button no one showed up. Finally one female associate offered to call someone. No one showed up. I have pressed assistance needed button again, and still....no one. If Walmart plans on competing with Amazon...they have a long way to go...

  Should be an option for no stars. Cashiers and customer service at night should be replaced! My husband and I go in there all the time at night because we have jobs during the day. God for bid it's too close to closing! We are treated like we are bothering them. I see them being nice to customers with the same race as them and when they get to us it's a classic eye roll and things said under their breath. They are not shy about racism! Sign on the door says that the customer service desk is open until midnight and when we went to return something we were turned away saying that the desk was closed at 10:15.Self checkouts are closed early causing long lines. Seems like there's a lot of people working the front that don't want to be there and stand around joking and laughing with each other until a customer comes and they make it obvious that you are bothering them. I chalked up the bad attitude to maybe that cashier having a bad day but it's the same attitude for years now and I don't know how she still is working there. Seems like they hired more just like her. This is the only Walmart I've ever been to with such a disgusting Frontend crew at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
